Julie Haloua, O.D.

Native from bucolic Wisconsin, Dr. Haloua is a graduate of The Ohio State University School of Optometry and is certified in therapeutics and glaucoma. She interned with a private practice in Toledo Ohio before moving to State College to establish her own practice. Kindly referred to as Dr Julie by her patients, the tens of thousands of eye exams she has performed established her as one of the most caring and skilled optometric professionals in the Centre Region.

Joseph Haloua, ABO

A native of Paris, optician Joseph Haloua, obtained and maintained his ABO certification since 2001. Debuting in the trade with a two-year apprenticeship in Columbus Ohio, his skills and experience grew from his desire to care for all the patients that support the practice he purchased and operates with his wife since 2004.

Having taken his first trip to the USA in 1981, Joseph got to visit State College for the first time at the age of 7. His numerous subsequent trips throughout the years made it only natural to want to contribute to the community. Together with their two children, Julie and Joseph live on a small farm and enjoy all the scenic beauty of central Pennsylvania.

Charlotte

Charlotte joined the team in 2014 as a front desk host. Behind her quick smile and bubbly personality her professionalism blossomed. Mother of a wonderful daughter, Charlotte quickly displayed that expert time management and attention to detail go hand in hand in service of her beloved clientele. She is now well underway to being a seasoned optician herself.
